Detect the client specific needs to the plant and give priority to its fulfilment.
Update the client requests, compare them with the deliveries carried out and validate what is pending or planned for the next deliveries.
Analyze the customer program variations according with Logistics Agreement with the Customer.
Detect which is the risk that Ficosa assumes in case of not delivering components to a specific client and give the alarm sign.
Provide delivery plans for customers.
Organize the urgent transports to clients.
Manage clients packaging.
Revise the charges received by the client, and participate in charges committees.
Identify areas of improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
