CommScope is looking to add a Sales Manager to support our DAS/Small Cell sales business unit in Northwest Africa.

The distributed antenna systems (DAS) solve the need for robust, scalable, multi-operator mobile communications in enterprises and large venues. CommScope’s ERA all-digital C-RAN DAS improves LTE and 5G performance and flexibility while reducing space and power requirements.

The ideal candidate is located in Morocco.

Reporting to our Regional Sales Director – MEA, the main focus resides on the proposal and implementation of the sales strategy for the Northwest African region with priority on Mobile Operators, Neutral Hosts, OEMs, and end customers.

Here, you will implement the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and resources for solution development, and negotiating through the close.

Expectations for this role include performing revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, meeting planning, and customer inquiry follow-ups to grow financial objectives.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical subject area, 5+ years sales or sales engineering experience.
  • Previous and successful sales territory management in Northwest Africa (Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, and Tunisia)
  • In-depth understanding of the ecosystem within projects, technologies, and business dynamics associated with DAS and Indoor Small Cells.
  • French, English, and Arabic Speaking.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Experience selling into complex environments with multiple decision-makers and influencers with Medium and Large Accounts.
  • Master’s Degree.
