Eaton recherche un Responsable CI pour le site de #Tanger

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à Mehdi notre Manager Qualité, vous êtes chargé d’animer, dynamiser et valoriser la Culture #AméliorationContinue du site.

Vos actions clés :

  • Déployer le programme d’Excellence EBS (Eaton Business System),
  • Elaborer le Kaizen Plan du site et superviser sa bonne réalisation,
  • Supporter, former et accompagner à l’appropriation des outils et principes Lean Six sigma,
  • Piloter certains projets et démarches transverses,
  • Evaluer, communiquer, célébrer les réalisations des équipes,
  • Travailler en équipe avec vos pairs des autres unités, sur des projets stratégiques pour le groupe

Etes-vous ?
De niveau Bac+5 avec une première expérience de management dans le domaine #industriel ?

Vous parlez #anglais couramment ?

Véritable leader, la gestion de projets n’a pas de secret pour vous et vous savez accompagner, former, fédérer des équipes ? Vous êtes force de proposition et vous aimez relever des challenges ?

Doté d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous êtes pro actif et orienté #solution ?

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités d’animation et pour votre esprit de synthèse ?

Vous êtes organisé et vous avez le sens des responsabilités ?

Peut-être déjà #ceintureverte ou #ceinturenoire ? Vous maitrisez les principaux outils : #5S, #KE, #VSM, #ProcessMap, #PDCA, les #3M, #VisualManagement plus le #Brainstorming, #DMAIC, #TPM, #SMED, #KANBAN, #HOSHIN ?
