The Regional Trade Marketing (RTM) manages a key trade program which is the Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) and manages related partners in his dedicated region.
The RTM is managing the Trade Marketing and activations teams within her/his region, ensuring the good execution of TLP, Consumer activities and Merchandising, whilst ensuring the development of her/his team.
The RTM manages the Consumers programs at Trade level, planning, implementation, deployment, execution, monitoring and analysis.
Her/his role is to ensure that Trade programs, and Consumers activities as well as the KPIs agreed upon internally and with the distributor are being executed and met in quantity, quality and time.
She/he has to come up with action plans, and look for opportunities fitting the strategies and is also closely monitoring competition activities.
The RTM will be based in Fes and travels extensively by car within the region including rural areas, as her/ his role is to cover a large and whole territory.
The RTM may have to and need to be ready to reallocate from his base to another base within Morocco at any period of time decided by the Line manager.
