Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Customer Service Quotation Engineer to join our team. This position consists of providing quotations and insuring the sales and delivery of our Spare parts/Machines for our different food segments in the North/ West and Central Africa regions.

Tasks

  • Executes quotations for Grains & Food /Consumer Food Business Units

  • Involve other relevant departments for quotation/order completion.

  • Analysing quotation enquiries

  • Process quotations for Single Machine Business in coordination with the Area Sales Managers

  • Ensure quotation delivery within 48 hours

  • Push/Execute order release

  • Negotiate shipping dates/payment terms

  • Track order processing

  • Ensure high quality communication with customers

  • Reply and deliver on committed deadlines

  • Handle local orders and intercompany quotations

  • Support customers and finding solutions

  • Understand commercial principles and customs regulations

  • Structure workshop planification

  • Lead/execute local inventory

  • Coordinate with Area Service and Sales managers the status of quotations/orders and discuss how to improve customer service

  • Coordinate with service engineers the delegation process

  • Ensure CRM data quality

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or similar

  • Minimum 2 years experience

  • Experience in Inside Sales is highly appreciated

  • Experience in a spare and wear parts sales organization is a plus

  • Logistics and Customs knowledge is preferable

  • Tools: Microsoft Office + internal software, SAP, Intranet (CRM, Web)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good spoken and written communication skills (English and French are a must)

  • Ability to work independently in a diverse culture environment

  • Supports other employees and team members

  • Can represent his ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement

  • Customer visit is occasional

  • Ability to work in different topics with different organisations

  • Resilient to stress and can handle the occasional high workload

  • Takes others seriously and is responsive to different inquiries

  • Take charge of small projects to develop work process and increase sales
