Poste proposé : Content & Community Manager

The Content & Community Manager will be responsible for creating, publishing, and reviewing social media content and to improve NETIS online positioning and reputation. She/he will be able to write Facebook/LinkedIn posts, web content, newsletters, video content, as well as technical content. She/he will be also managing different Facebook pages of the group and other social media account.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content.

  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for the group to align with marketing strategies.
  • Providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts,
  • Write creative and unique content as well as come up with innovative ideas for the Group newsletter for example.
  • Write technical content for NETIS Business lines products and services (Catalogue, Brochure, Case studies …)
  • Rewrite the content from the website to give it a fresh touch and to improve NETIS website SEO,
  • Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
  • Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media,
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency,
  • Work closely with local marketing manager to develop editorial plan for each official Facebook page of NETIS.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Content & Community Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or PR.
  • 1 to 3 years of experiences in community management or content management.   
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience in developing mailing campaign on Mailchimp or another similar platform.
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Experience in identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.
  • Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel.
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English
