  • Manufacturing costing for site at tender and project development phase

  • Production execution staffing plan – Manage industrial workload: anticipate and ensure industrial operations team staffing,

  • Challenge SSMs / TPP for ensuring Design for Operation

  • Industrial deliverables according gates of projects in execution matching project QCD objectives and industrial operation standards.

  • Ensure the transfer of knowledge and accountability to Train Manufacturing Site at defined date

  • Be accountable for the proper implementation and full compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS and other Alstom policies and Customer requirements

  • Reports all Manufacturing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Ensure that all industrial / Operation data are well settled in the ERP and associated landscape (MES, AOS, etc), that all counterparts are using all methodology & tools provided to them.

  • Ensure that day to day management is under control at operations level.

  • Validate the NPI production phase and go for production transfer

  • Lead the problem-solving approach on technical or operational issues

  • Perform lessons learned/ feedback on manufacturing activities.

  • Environment, Health, Safety & security under control.

  • All directives applied as per Alstom corporate and local rules & initiatives in place.

  • Check and control Industrial readiness; Layout readiness, jigs/tools/Quality tools/Capex, industrial data readiness (accurate in the ERP), capacity to integrate continuous improvement in manufacturing thanks to a good use of EMFU/IMFU.

  • Manage all the operations in the shopfloor with PME coordination ; layout definition, industrial data readiness, manufacturing, process & manufacturing engineering, Industrial & process Quality development.

  • Cost compliance ; adherence to learning curve, industrial continuous initiatives pushed on operational functions, efficiency & productivity measurement.

  • Quality: Ensure than non-conformities are registered, solving issue tools launched for each one, and action plan to find and tackle root cause & system quality managed.

  • Anticipation capacity on industrial takt-time changes. Lead those changes for the operations.

  • Lean approach in all the topics (Manufacturing engineering, physical flows, manufacturing).

  • People Management Cycle

  • Achievement of project QCD commitments.

  • Resolution of operational and technical issues.

  • On time delivery (project OTD)

  • Final transfer of ownership to TMS at end of First Mounting Review

  • Productive Hours, Work Order Closure, Spent Time vs Methods Time, Project Review Go On Time,

  • Supply chain pack: UoT customer, OTIF supplier, Hard Inventories, MPS accuracy, …

  • Quality indicators: DPU, Internal and external demerits, Quality Costs

  • EHS: TRIR/IFR1/AZDP
