Manage all the operations in the shopfloor with PME coordination ; layout definition, industrial data readiness, manufacturing, process & manufacturing engineering, Industrial & process Quality development.
Cost compliance ; adherence to learning curve, industrial continuous initiatives pushed on operational functions, efficiency & productivity measurement.
Quality: Ensure than non-conformities are registered, solving issue tools launched for each one, and action plan to find and tackle root cause & system quality managed.
Anticipation capacity on industrial takt-time changes. Lead those changes for the operations.
