  • Proactively support the HRBP’s & key stakeholders in developing robust Learning plan, aligned with business needs.

  • Develop, maintain and communicate training processes and standards adopting industry best practice wherever identified.

  • Support the HRBP’s in completing the annual learning and development needs analysis, developing the annual training plan and conducting the annual evaluation of training.

  • Liaise with selected internal & external training providers/consultants to organize training for the individual or organizational development needs identified. Ensure an end-to-end process for vendor communication & management is in place.

  • Communicate information about learning events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about learning and development activities

  • Support the design and facilitation of leadership, soft skills development and culture related programs

  • Engage with Function/Department Heads regarding the Training needs of their team members through regular arbitrations.

  • Manage Annual Training budgets with HRBP’s & Finance Managers & review it regularly.

  • Support the design, roll-out and administration of internal employee engagement programs

  • Manage communications for Training Invitations, logistics and local support (incl. TLH room management)

  • Be Key user for the region for “ULearn” tool (incl. e-Learning platform)

  • Promote a good Health, Safety, and Environmental culture among peers & employees.

  • Coordinate with Learning Practice Leaders at corporate & localize the key offers in our region.

  • Solid knowledge of HR learning and development practices from training budget planning and monitoring, reporting, learning needs assessment, learning management system use to learning design and delivery

  • Experience creating and managing development/assessment centers

  • Comfortable in generating/analyzing training function reports and dashboards

  • Demonstrated experience of designing & facilitation leadership/soft skills programs

  • Strong project management skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or any related discipline

  • Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience

  • L&D, HR qualifications or certifications desirable

  • Clear communication skills

  • Working with diverse teams and preferably within a regional context

  • Excellent oral and written English and Arabic language skills preferred, French a plus.

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

  • Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback from various stakeholders

  • Working in a matrix, multidisciplinary, multi-site organization is desirable
