Coordinate development, evaluation and talent acquisition activities:
Ensure Standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, site organization charts.
Ensure the updating of development tools for the coordinator, manager and IH level: Mycore, PBP, 9box, P&S, TRP…
Monitor performance management for HR
Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for all coordinators, managers.
Conduct development and recruitment interviews for coordinators and ensure the execution of the IS, IH and DH recruitment plan according to the HR Department’s QVC.
Develop, implement & improve the On-boarding process for IS in collaboration with the central teams.
Develop, evaluate and improve recruitment tools for IS, IH and DH: Individual interview, group interviews, test….
Create, maintain and communicate monitoring of IS, IH and DH recruitment activities via monitoring tools (Workday, monitoring file, etc.)
Develop & maintain a database of external and internal candidates: develop a pool of candidates in advance using a proactive approach.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment concepts in collaboration with the central teams.
Coordinate & implement partnerships & agreements with schools & universities for the management of the internship and hiring campaign
Ensure the right functioning of the site training center:
Participate and supervise training analyzes.
Guarantee the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the OS.
Ensure the collection of needs and the implementation of training plans at site level: Supplementary, Lean …
Participate in the configuration of department-specific training programs and carry out generic or corpo training modules (Theory / application / method / tests)
Be an internal trainer for soft skills training.
Management of the training budget for the site
Analyze training efficiency.
Conduct analyzes regarding satisfaction with training.
Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training & development.
Contribute to the improvement of equipment and training areas.
Ensure the execution of communication actions.
