The Digital Transformation Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of our software products & working systems by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including Product Owners, Project teams, Functional teams, and Business Subject Matter Experts. Additionally, he will work with the Digital Transformation Project Management Office to grow our project delivery support capability, identify and promote best practices and establish common working and reporting processes for the functional system implementation initiatives.
In particular, he will be responsible for the successful roll-out of new products or new versions of the Digital products in the targeted projects in close collaboration with the Product Owners & project stakeholders. This includes designing, implementing, and improving an adoption strategy for digital products.
Finally, he will manage the portfolio of all our functional system investments, supporting their implementation from need identification to tool analysis, selection, acquisition, and implementation, defining the system scale-up strategy and associated change management plan, reporting on budgetary and organizational implications, identifying work process improvements & optimizations and monitoring systems usage and adoption.
He/she should also craft and ensure the implementation of a common vision and standards on how projects should use systems, how it affects their working process, and who is responsible for compliance with these standards
