LOCATION


This position is located at our property Amanjena in Marrakesh, Morocco.

POSITION OVERVIEW


The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for overall front desk activities including management of the reception area and meeting areas, guest service, phones, mail, and office supplies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides exceptional guest service in person and on the phone.
  • Assist the Front Office with administrative work
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with other operational departments
  • Coordinates with the Front Office manager overall activities for the front office, including training, scheduling and supervision of front desk volunteers and staff coverage
  • Maintain the ‘on-call’ list
  • Oversee office supplies: organizing, maintaining and communicating needs on weekly basis to FOM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hospitality management graduates, college graduates or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a coordinator in a customer relations service is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • English, French and Arabic speaking.
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Proficient with MS Office suite and Opera
