The Customer Service Sales support specialist is responsible for managing distributors’ products inspections (Damaged Goods, Accessories …etc.) in order to maximize Dealer satisfaction. He/She has to design and implement process improvements to improve overall operations, finances and dealers’ satisfaction, in agreement with Samsung Sales and finance teams.

Rôle et Responsabilités

  • Manage the inspection of Damaged goods: From inspection until Goods Received in the Warehouse
  • Implement process improvements to damaged goods handling to reduce dealers’ dissatisfaction
  • Prepare closing document for each customers and negotiate and sign the documents.
  • Manage the inspection of the deductions of distributors: From inspection until Goods Received in the Warehouse
  • Implement process and contract improvements to eliminate wrongful and unknown deductions
  • Conduct quarterly surveys with all dealers to measure and improve dealer satisfaction
  • Support dealers in end users’ claims regarding service related issues and solve them
  • Produce regular reports regarding the dealers and hypermarkets activity : inspection results, approvals and G/R status

Skills and Qualifications

  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytics skills and attention to detail
  • Good leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support
  • Experience in consumer electronics or house appliances is preferred
  • Ability to travel around the country (1 time a week)

Can speak and write : Arabic, French and English
