Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team for getting quotations during the bidding phase.
- Prepare / issue all RFQ, RFI & RFP.
- Conduct negotiations for purchasing terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Create and follow-up of purchase orders.
- Ensuring on-time delivery of the division purchases.
- Resolving accounts payable discrepancies.
- Prepare, update and distribute the procurement dashboard including reporting of cost savings/breakdown.
- Contribute to the overall project targets achievement in terms of Cost, Quality and deadlines.
- Develop and properly maintain all files, documents, and records to support all regulatory audit criteria.
- Lead supplier negotiations regarding price, terms and conditions, scope of works and related claims and change orders.
- Negotiate frame agreements with suppliers for components, commodities, or special engineering solutions.
- Conduct eSourcing activities.
- Understand RFPs from governmental end-customer and create related subcontract agreements ensuring technical and contractual compliance.
- Lead comprehensive supplier audits, evaluations and qualification and develop suppliers.
- Plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.
- Prepare and conduct sourcing decisions with relevant stakeholders.
